Very rare Ardhnareshwar Narmadeshwar shivling with Kalagni yonibase (jaladhari) and nag || 7. How to identify original Narmadeshwar Shivling?
How to Identify Original Narmadeshwar Shivling?
Start by checking where the stone came from, rather than judging only its colour, shine or markings. Ask the seller for clear photographs and a video showing the actual Shivling from every side, along with information about its Narmada River source and the maker.
An original Narmadeshwar Shivling does not always have a prominent ring or “mala.” Natural colours and patterns vary, so a ring alone does not prove authenticity, and its absence does not mean the stone is fake. Photographs can help an experienced artisan give an initial opinion, but cannot establish river origin with certainty.
Also ask about the Shivling and Jaladhari separately, as their stone sources may differ. Machine-shaping and polishing are part of preparation and do not, by themselves, make a Narmadeshwar Shivling fake.
Description
Create a meaningful worship arrangement with this Ardhnareshwar Original Narmadeshwar Shivling, accompanied by a Kalagni Yonibase Jaladhari and Nag. The Ardhnareshwar form symbolises the unity of Lord Shiva and Goddess Shakti, making this set a devotional choice for home mandir worship, daily puja and abhishek.
The Shivling is machine-shaped and polished from natural Narmada River stone. Its individual colours and markings give each piece a distinctive appearance. The Kalagni Jaladhari supports the Shivling and channels abhishek offerings, while the Nag completes the arrangement.
